Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time on a business day, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — 1 business day (order by noon)
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. PeakPeps is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — see the cart for the current threshold.
Geographic Restrictions
PeakPeps ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. Certain compounds may have additional state-level restrictions; orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that ordering and possessing any compound is lawful in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking status in your order history.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at support@peakpeps.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
