Important: Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once a shipment has been dispatched. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Exceptions apply only in the circumstances listed below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective (photographic evidence required).
- You received the wrong product or batch number.
- The shipment was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products that have been stored outside of recommended conditions.
- Orders refused at delivery without prior authorisation.
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@peakpeps.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item using a tracked service to the address provided. Do not return items without an RMA number — they will be refused.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
