A COA is the lab report for a specific production batch. Every PeakPeps COA lists the analyte results, measured purity, the batch number, and the manufacture and expiry dates. Ours are live on-site pages — not just a static file — with a print-ready PDF available per batch.

Read the batch number printed on your label and open the matching certificate from the COA directory. Each label also carries a QR code that links straight to that batch’s live certificate — scan it to confirm purity, dates, and assay methods before use.

The QR target is configured per batch by our team. It resolves to the on-site COA page for the current batch (or, where applicable, a testing-partner link). We publish the current batch only — there is no public archive of superseded batches.

No. All PeakPeps compounds are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in humans or animals.

Orders are intended for qualified researchers and institutions. By ordering you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that handling these compounds is lawful where you are. See our compliance policy for the full statement.

Checkout supports three rails: card (credit/debit), ACH bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Available options may vary by order and destination and are shown at checkout.

Yes. Payments are handled through our processor integrations — we never store raw card numbers or bank credentials on our servers. Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain before an order is marked paid.

Your selected method is authorized when you place the order. For crypto, the order is held until the transaction reaches the required on-chain confirmations, after which it moves into processing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships, and you can follow its status from your order history or the order tracker.

Some destinations are restricted by law or carrier policy. Restricted-destination orders are cancelled and refunded in full. Verifying that ordering is lawful in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.

Because these are research chemicals, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise faulty, contact us promptly for a replacement or refund. See the full returns policy.

Email support@peakpeps.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Follow the storage guidance on the product page and label. Many compounds are best kept cool, dry, and protected from light; some require refrigeration or freezing. Always reconstitute and handle in an appropriate laboratory setting.

Stability is batch-specific. Refer to the manufacture and expiry dates on the matching Certificate of Analysis and store under the recommended conditions to preserve integrity.
